- 180 ml rice
- 900 ml water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Umeboshi
- Wash the rice, raise it to the colander and absorb water for 10-15 minutes.
- Put rice and water in a pan, add salt and heat over high heat. When boiling, reduce heat and stir lightly.
- Place the lid a little and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and steam for about 5 minutes.
