  • 80 grams ◎Cake flour
  • 20 grams ◎Cornstarch (if you don't have any, substitute with cake flour)
  • 3 grams ◎Baking powder
  • 1 grams ◎Baking soda
  • 1 Eggs (large)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 100 ml Milk

Step :

  1. In a bowl, add the egg, sugar, and milk one at a time, mixing well with each addition.
  2. Add the okara and mix well.

  4. Cook both sides in a covered pan on low heat. Have it for breakfast or a snack.
