Ingredients :

  • CRUST
  • 1-1/2 c almond meal/flour
  • 1/4 c flax meal
  • 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese or more almond meal/flour
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder and salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 c lukewarm water
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c pizza sauce (3 net carbs/serving)
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese

Step :

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In med. bowl, mix together dry crust ingredients. Add egg and water and mix well.
  3. Transfer dough to baking sheet. With hands, press dough out as thin as possible. Bake 12-15 min.
  4. Spread sauce over crust and top with cheese. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
