- 4 beef liver fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup good red wine
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Wash the liver fillets and sauté in a pot where you have heated the oil for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in the wine. Season with salt and pepper. Turn down the heat.
- As soon as the wine is absorbed, add the water and the oregano. When the water is absorbed it is ready!
- Serve with rice or potato salad.
