- Cabbage shredded
- Shawarma bread
- Oil for frying chicken sausage
- Grill beef and, setaside. Fry chicken sausage and allow to cool.
- Pare carrots and shred long, shred cabbage too and wash out both and strain.
- Scoop on dollops of mayonnaise in a bowl, add sugar and lemon juice. And mix very well.
- Open shawarma bread, spread ketchup and mixed mayonnaise. Place some carrots and cabbage mix, place some sliced beef and sausages and wrap properly. Then grill on a griller. Wrap with foil or serve.
