- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup blue berries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Butter or oil for frying
- Add flour baking powder salt in bowl. Add melted butter milk egg and whisk to combine well
- Add blue berries into the cake batter
- Add oil on non stick pan. Pour ladleful of batter cook until bottom turns golden brown. Cook on medium high heat so that the pancake cooks through
- Flip and cook the second side until golden brown too
- Finish all the pancakes and serve immediately for breakfast or as snack
