- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 glass Water
- Take a pan add jeera and fry it till you get nice aroma.
- Take a bowl add fried jeera and water boil it till water reduces quantity.
- Strain it into glass add honey and lemon juice, mix it well.
- Healthy jeera water is ready. Have it morning on empty stomach to loose weight.
