- 1 cup fresh spinach kale mix
- 1 tbs sliced onions
- 1 tbs cheese
- 2 tbs cucumbers
- 1 tbs tomatoes (optional I didn't use)
- 1 tsp. Black olives
- 4 oz cooked ground beef
- No dressing ???? I use Hot sauce and lime juice season with s/p
- Side jello
- Layer greens, and veggies, cheese in meal prep tubaware.
- Put the ground beef in a separate container (heat before eating top on salad)
- Sprinkle hot sauce to use as dressing and use 1 lime wedge juice on salad
